Before Your Visit

When requesting a booking, please briefly describe the purpose of your visit and any specific requirements. This allows our team to prepare relevant artworks, information, portfolios, or other materials in advance.

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend at the confirmed time, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be made available to others.

Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at any time by contacting ChrysArte through the details provided in your confirmation.

Rescheduling
If you would like to change the date or time, you may request an alternative. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, subject to availability.

Late Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule close to your scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible. This helps us manage the schedule and make the time available to another visitor.

No-Show
If you do not attend without prior notice, the booking will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect the ability to secure future bookings.

Changes by ChrysArte
In the unlikely event that we need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time where available.

Appointments are complimentary. Any specific arrangements or requirements relating to your visit will be communicated when your booking is confirmed.
